Meet your coach
I’m Cat Jane, a 37-year-old mum of two with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. I started Cat Jane Fitness to support other women, especially fellow mums by giving them the knowledge, guidance, and motivation they need to take charge of their health and wellbeing.
As a fully qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a specialist Level 3 qualification in Pre and Postnatal Fitness, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to my coaching.
Whether you’re returning to exercise after having a baby or just want to feel fitter, stronger, and more like you again, I’m here to help every step of the way.
I’m here to tell you that you are a priority and you deserve to feel and look amazing.

About Me
I’m Cat Jane, and I started Cat Jane Fitness to empower women — especially busy mums — with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to live a healthy, balanced life and become the best version of themselves.
As a mum and business owner, I know what it’s like to put yourself last — constantly pouring into others while running on empty. I’ve been there. But I’ve learned that putting yourself first isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.
Since becoming a mum, I truly understand how hard it can be to prioritise your own health. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. You deserve to feel strong, confident, and energised in your body — not just for your family, but for you.
As an online fitness coach, I help women:
