We know starting your coaching journey can sometimes feel like a big step. As women we more often than not put ourselves last. We are here to coach you into the version of you that you deserve! 

  • Enquiry – Please fill out the lead form with as much information about yourself and your journey so far
  • Whatsapp – Within 24hours of your enquiry my lovely team member Charli will be in touch via Whatsapp
  • Intro Call – We like to have a call with all potential clients to asses what type of coaching plan you will need and exactly how CJF can help 
  • Welcome to the team! Upon sign up you will receive a welcome pack with all useful information as well as a consultation form for all important information. Cat will then be in contact with news of your plans!

At CJF we pride ourselves on bespoke, personalised coaching with a very hands on approach. As a muma, wife, and business owner Cat is able to resonate on a personal level with all of her clients. Every step of your journey is tailored to your lifestyle and goals!

CJF RUN is led by our expert coach, Fin, who has completed over 100 marathons as well as coached hundreds of others to acheive their running goals. He brings a wealth of experience to runners of all levels. Whether you’re new to running, aiming to beat your 5k time, or preparing for your first marathon, CJF RUN is designed to support your goals.

With a CJF RUN subscription, you’ll get access to personalised running plans, group challenges, 1:1 coaching with Fin, and exclusive workshops. Let’s take your running journey to the next level together.

I know it’s hard,
but I also know
it’s possible.

If you are a busy woman, like me, then I want you to know that I have been in your shoes, putting everything and everyone else before myself and my happiness.

I changed my mindset, I got myself a coach and started working on myself for myself. I managed to achieve the goals I had set myself in around 12 months, just in time for my wedding day.

It wasn’t a crash diet or a quick fix, I knew it would take time, but I was determined to get there. And now, I truly couldn’t be happier.

Since becoming a Mum, I understand that sometimes we don’t always prioritise and put ourselves first, but it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t look after our health.

I’m Cat Jane, and I started Cat Jane Fitness to help and empower other women/mums to gain the knowledge they need to live a healthy life and be the best version of themselves.

Coaching and supporting them to achieve sustainable results to last a lifetime.

I’m here to tell you that you are a priority and you deserve to feel and look amazing.

Pre & PostNatal

Our bodies do amazing things, we carry our babies for 9 Months, go through labour, it’s so  important to look after ourselves.
I respect and Love my body even more since having Lily.
It may seem impossible to love your body again but with a little love and support form a coach who’s been in your shoes, who has the knowledge and the expertise to help you be the best version you can be. I am here to tell you YOU WILL feel amazing and confident in your own skin again.
It takes time, don’t put yourself under pressure etc.

I am fitter and healthier now post baby.
I may not have time to go to the gym 7 days a week anymore but I’m definitely “on the go more” and more active since becoming a mum.I never thought I’d feel confident again after having a baby, or find the time, but i soon realised that on the days I did workout I felt better, I had more energy etc.
